Claire McCarthy

Claire McCarthy is an experienced legal practitioner who has represented clients before a broad range of tribunals and Courts. She has a wide range of interests and is well travelled. Her focus is on the individual client who needs legal advice and representation before the District, Circuit and High Court. She works with Eamonn Carroll in our Family and Child Law Department, representing the guardians ad litem of children in care, or family law clients as they work through the legal consequences of marital and partnership breakdown. Claire’s approach is both creative and practical. Her aim is to achieve reasonable resolutions which are fair to her clients.
