Eamonn Carroll’s expertise is in the areas of family law and child advocacy. He has practised as a family lawyer for over 25 years. He played a leading role in establishing Collaborative Practice for family law in Ireland and has additionally practised as a family mediator for the past 10 years. His advocacy and advice roles include representation of children in child-care courts with Guardians ad litem or as solicitor appointed for the child.
